Emerald City Emergency Clinic is looking for additional staff to join our team as a Client Care Specialist. Applicants should possess excellent communication and phone skills, the ability to multitask, the ability to learn quickly and retain information, as well as excellent judgement and problem-solving skills. Extensive use of computer software is required for this position, so basic computer literacy is a must.  MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE AS A CLIENT CARE SPECIALIST IN THE VETERINARY FIELD.

We consider the Client Care Specialist to be a critical member of our team because they are the first and last contact with our clients. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Main lobby operations – check-ins, check-outs, answering general questions
• Answering and handling calls in a professional manner
• Maintaining cleanliness
• Triage of emergency's 
• File maintenance
• Data entry

REQUIREMENTS:

• Computer skills
• Timekeeping
• Excellent organizational skills
• Able to utilize multi-line phone
• Strong communication skills
• Able to lift 40 lbs.
• Display professional manner at all times
• Previous reception or customer service experience
• Previous experience in a Veterinary setting preferred but not required
• Flexibility in schedule
